Welcome to design.tawr.com, a creative service platform operated by tawr.com, based in Algeria. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer creative services including but not limited to:

  • Graphic design
  • Website design
  • Packaging design
  • Branding and related visual communication services

2. Contact & Communication

Clients may request our services through:

All official communication regarding project scope, payment, delivery, and disputes must be confirmed by email.

3. Payments

  • A 50% upfront payment is required to begin any project. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery.
  • Payments are accepted via PayPal and cryptocurrency.
  • We issue invoices for all services.
  • Refunds are not offered once the project has entered the creative phase (e.g., research, brainstorming, sketching).

4. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

  • Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights to the final deliverables.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and social platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Clients may request non-disclosure or private handling of their project — this is negotiable and may involve additional terms.

5. Use of Tools & AI

We use professional design tools, some of which may include AI-based features. However:

  • Our work is strategically directed and created by human designers.
  • We avoid plagiarism and ensure originality in every project.
  • AI use is minimal and carefully managed to meet our quality standards.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear and timely feedback
  • Supply necessary content or assets
  • Communicate accurately and professionally

Delays or revisions caused by the client may result in additional fees, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Project Cancellation & Revisions

  • Once the 50% deposit is paid, projects cannot be canceled unilaterally by the client.
  • Final deliverables are considered approved upon delivery.
  • Post-delivery revisions are not included unless additional fees are paid, at our discretion.

8. Ethics & Project Refusal

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project that goes against our values, ethics, or standards. In such cases, we may:

  • Deliver only a partial version of the work
  • Or terminate the project entirely, depending on context

9. Payment Timing

Clients are expected to complete payment upon delivery. Delays in final payment may result in penalties or withheld delivery of final assets.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Misuse of the final designs
  • Outcomes related to how the designs are used (e.g., printing, advertising performance, legal issues)
  • Delays caused by third-party services or client-side issues

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Algerian jurisdiction.
