At tawr.design – tawr.com, we strive to deliver high-quality creative work with professionalism and clarity. By working with us, you agree to the following terms regarding project timelines, revisions, and final delivery.
🔹 Project Timeline
- Each project begins after we receive the 50% upfront payment.
- Delivery time depends on the nature of the project, including:
- The number of services requested
- The size and complexity of the work
- The number of revisions or updates
- The speed and clarity of client feedback
- Delays or asset submission on the client’s side
- A general estimated timeline is provided at the start, but it may shift based on these variables.
🔹 Revisions
- Revisions are included during the project phase only.
- Once final files are delivered and payment is complete, any additional revisions require a fee, which is determined based on the scope and time required.
🔹 Final Delivery
- Files are delivered digitally (via email, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another agreed method).
- Delivery includes all agreed formats (e.g. PDF, PNG, SVG, AI, PSD, ZIP).
- Full ownership is transferred only after full payment is received.
🔹 Cancellations & Refunds
- Projects cannot be canceled after the 50% upfront payment is made.
- No refunds are offered once creative work has begun (e.g., research, concepting, sketching, design execution).
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project that goes against our ethics or values.
🔹 Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to:
- Provide timely, clear feedback
- Supply necessary files or assets
- Communicate professionally and accurately
- Delays or miscommunication may lead to delivery delays or additional fees, which are applied at our discretion.
- Final payment must be made promptly upon delivery. Late payments may result in suspension of services or withheld files.
